Movement for Seniors

This unique class combines modified yoga/Tai chi exercise with relaxation and a dance session designed for the over 70’s age group. Peter has been conducting this class for over thirty years and delights in adapting the benefits of both yoga and dance for his more mature students.
The group is welcoming to new members. Come with us for a coffee after class!
