A two hour workshop on the use of mudras to enhance and enrich asana and pranayama practice.
Peter Hockey has been practising and teaching yoga for over 40 years – he brings to the workshop, his experience of those mudras which he has found to be the simplest and most effective as well as some he has developed from classical sources.
The workshop will be practical and enjoyable with breath, asana and some mantra work - a harmony of stillness and movement.
Experience in yoga and meditation will be useful but not essential.
