Here is an opportunity to begin the year with an uplifting yoga experience. Five 2-hour sessions will emphasise the enjoyment of yoga. Incorporated in the practices will be: postures with breathing; stimulating sequences; meditations for life; and philosophy. All to focus the mind and strengthen and enliven the physical — with a touch of creativity!
Individual differences will be acknowledged and, in some areas where necessary, separate sessions will be offered for introductory and advanced students.
